HAL91

(HAL91, think of the movie 2001) is a minimalist Linux distribution that fits onto a single floppy. The entire distribution is memory resident. This means that after it loads you can remove the floppy and pop in a different one. This useful if you want to save documents or anything else. The system is very minimal, but with a little bit of effort it is easy to make it a full Linux distribution. Hal only requires a 386 processor and 8megs of RAM.
